Pack the Device
Carefully pack the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for large appliances.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
